Masterplan Optimiser

Scheduling for complex live events

Build the masterplan. Keep everyone in sync.

Plan people, locations and tasks in one place, let the optimiser test the constraints, then publish a schedule your team can actually use.

Windows, macOS and Linux. No Python installation required.

Local-first

Plan without handing your working project to a cloud service.

Constraint-aware

Use OR-Tools to test availability, capability and fatigue rules.

Passwordless

Give participants secure access with passkeys instead of passwords.

Recoverable

Protect published data with encrypted, independently held snapshots.

From first draft to live schedule

One continuous planning workflow, with the hard parts made visible.

01Build

See the whole event while you shape it.

Bring people, locations and tasks into one working calendar. Drag, resize and inspect the plan without losing sight of the dependencies around it.

  • Multi-day calendar input
  • People, groups and capabilities
  • Reusable task templates

02Optimise

Let the solver do the repetitive work.

Turn your planning rules into constraints, run the optimiser and review the outcome with workload, utilisation and feasibility metrics before anything is published.

  • Availability and capability constraints
  • Fatigue and workload controls
  • Results you can inspect and adjust

03Publish

Give everyone one dependable version of the plan.

Publish the approved schedule to a responsive web calendar. Participants see the events relevant to them, while authorised users can create and commit controlled overlays when the plan changes.

  • Personal schedule views
  • Passkey access and offline support
  • Controlled schedule overlays

Resilience

Keep the published schedule available.

Optional two-server redundancy replicates state between independent hosts. Health checks and guarded failover allow a healthy peer to take over when the active server is unavailable.

Verified recoverability

Recover even when both hosts are gone.

Encrypted external snapshots contain the database, protected secrets and restoration metadata. Independent storage and verification make them useful after corruption, operator error or total host loss.
