The application is provided for event scheduling and resource optimisation. You may use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the service or access data you are not authorised to view.

Accounts & Access

Access is granted by an event administrator. You are responsible for securing access to the devices registered with your passkey. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact your administrator immediately.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All optimised schedules, assignments, and suggestions produced by this software are advisory only and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being acted upon.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the author be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, scheduling errors, or missed deadlines, arising out of or in connection with the use of this software.
