Groups

Groups define a set of Persons, which aims to streamline the allocation process and only implicitly affects the optimisation. Under Groups, groups can be given:

Name (required) - Defines how the group is displayed in the application.
Members (required) - Persons can be added as members.

Assigning Groups to Tasks

When a group is assigned to a condition field of the type List of Persons, all members of the group are automatically included. This is particularly useful if you have sub-groups in the organising team that perform tasks together. Instead of manually adding each person, the group can be assigned as a whole.
