Groups

Groups let you reuse a familiar set of Persons. They save repeated selection work without adding a new optimisation rule: assigning a group simply includes its current members. Under Groups, define:

Name (required) - The label shown in the application.
Members (required) - Persons can be added as members.

The groups management view showing a group with its assigned members — A group with its assigned members.

Assign a group to a task

Add a group to a List of Persons field and every current member is included. This is useful when the same part of the organising team performs tasks together. You can still review the resulting people before running the optimiser.
