Push Notifications

Enable push notifications only when timely schedule updates and announcements need to reach this device while the calendar is closed. You can withdraw the subscription later in account settings.

Subscribe this device

Click the notification bell icon in the header to subscribe. Your browser will ask for permission to show notifications - click Allow.

Once subscribed, the bell icon changes to indicate that notifications are active. Click it again to unsubscribe.

Understand what is delivered

You will receive push notifications for:

• Schedule updates - When a new version of the schedule is published.
• Announcements - When the administrator sends an announcement with the push option enabled.

Tapping a notification opens the calendar app directly.

Check the requirements

Push notifications require:

• A modern browser that supports the Push API and service workers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari 16.4+).
• Notification permissions granted in the browser.
• For mobile, the best experience is achieved by installing the app as a PWA via Add to Home Screen.
